The Ready, Set, AIM Summit will be comprised of eight sessions over two days and an amazing keynote address delivered by Monique Rodriguez, Founder of Mielle Organics. Attendees will be able to curate their own experience and learn from twelve amazing leaders and others who will serve as mentors where you can get more personalized one-on-one attention. We are also looking for vendors and sponsors who want to increase their visibility!

Monique Rodriguez founded MIELLE in 2014 after her healthy, hair care regimen

for her tailbone-length hair became somewhat of a craze among her social

media followers. The company began on the back on one product, the Advanced

Hair Formula, a unique proprietary blend of herbs, amino acids and minerals to

support healthy hair, skin and nails, and immune system. Since then, MIELLE

has expanded to a half-dozen collections under Monique’s direction, including

products for skin and children. MIELLE has been distributed in more than 87

countries and can be found in more than 100,000 stores across the U.S. in

retailers such as Sally Beauty, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, JC Penny, and

Walmart to name a few.


In addition to her work with MIELLE, Monique is recognized as a leader in the

With close to 550K, Monique and MIELLE have an extremely engaged social media following.  Monique is committed to empowering women around the world through her beauty, business savvy and her live Mentoring Monday sessions on Instagram.  Monique travels nationally and internationally speaking at women empowerment events and partnered with iGlow Mentoring to launch The MiGlow Awards, an awards ceremony that recognizes teen girls in the Chicagoland area that excel academically, exemplify extraordinary leadership skills, and show impressive involvement within their communities.   Monique launched her custom clothing line, 1015Designs with her Mom in October 2018.
